Once your loan has been approved, dial *130*1048# from your cell phone and follow the prompts! This is a free service.

Does KwikServe cost anything?

No, FinChoice KwikServe is FREE. The only costs are those charged by your cell phone provider – 20c per 20 seconds. Managing your account using KwikServe is far cheaper than phoning the call centre and KwikServe is available 24/7!

Is KwikServe private and secure?

Absolutely! The system is completely secure as each account can only be accessed from a specific cell phone number. To gain access, a secret PIN has to be entered, just like a bank card at an ATM. And what’s more, KwikServe is private as no one can ‘listen in’ on what you’re doing!

What does it cost to buy airtime on KwikServe?

Buying airtime on KwikServe is completely free. There are no service charges and the service uses NO airtime. The cost of the airtime will be added to your next loan instalment and is interest free as long as you keep up to date with your loan repayments.

FinChoice KwikDraw®

What is a KwikDraw®?

If your FinChoice loan account is in good standing, you are able to request a further loan up to the exposure limit that FinChoice has given you. Your previous loan will be settled with the new loan and the difference paid into your bank account (this difference is called the KwikDraw amount). When you request a new loan, you confirm that your financial circumstances are still acceptable and that you can afford the new loan repayments.

What do I need to do to process a KwikDraw®?

There are a number of ways to take out a further (new) loan:

  • Process a KwikDraw on FinChoice KwikServe by dialling *120*1048# from your cell phone and follow the prompts. This is by far the quickest and most convenient way to take further loan – the KwikDraw takes about 2 minutes and can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
  • Call FinChoice on 0861 346 246 during office hours
  • SMS ‘Draw’ to 083 8555 700 and we’ll call you back as soon as we can to process your loan request.

FinChoice KwikSkip®

What is a KwikSkip®?

KwikSkip empowers you to manage your repayments responsibly – even in difficult months. KwikSkip allows you to skip a monthly payment when times are tough and you need extra money. You can only skip a payment if your account is in good standing. You are not able to skip two months in a row. You need to have made at least one payment on your last loan before you are eligible to skip a payment.

What do I need to do to process a KwikSkip®?

There are a number of ways to request to skip your next instalment:

  • Process a KwikSkip on FinChoice KwikServe by dialling *120*1048# from your cell phone and follow the prompts. This is by far the quickest and most convenient way to skip – the KwikSkip takes about 1½ minutes and can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
